Summary

Many of us come from different parts of the country and we are interested in learning more about the Borderlands and our neighbor, Mexico. This gathering will introduce you to the wonderful learning opportunities offered by the nonprofit Border Community Alliance. Whether you want to learn about US Immigration Policy, the History of Mexico, or how to make a tortilla, we have classes and forums to answer your basic questions. We also offer cross border tours, primarily to the northern state of Sonora, Mexico including Nogales, Magdalena, Hermosillo and Rio Sonora.
Also, be sure to ask us about our tour to Spain!
Through our tours we’ll show you how you can make a difference through social investment. Thanks to our unique partnership with a Mexican non-profit (FESAC), you can help us support nonprofit Mexican leadership that’s been carefully vetted.
We’ll also take time to answer your questions about traveling to Mexico, what kind of documents you need and tips for getting back through US Customs.
Border Community Alliance defines its mission as “bridging the border and fostering community through education, collaboration and cultural exchange.” We depend on fees, donations and grants for our funding. Our office is located at 2221 E Frontage Rd., F-201/202 and our mailing address is PO Box 1863, Tubac, AZ. 85646.
