In collaboration with Alfonso Cuarón and Netflix, the Embassies and Consulates of Mexico have the authorization to project the film “ROMA.” Nonprofit Border Community Alliance is partnering with the Consulate General of Mexico to provide a free community screening in Green Valley and we hope you will join us! Location: United Methodist Church, 300 W. Esperanza (NW corner of La Canada and Esperanza).
A personal epic set in Mexico City in the early 1970s, it centers on a young indigenous woman who works as a maid for a middle-class white family that’s falling apart.
