Join us for this online baking recipe demonstration and for a special look into one of the newest restaurants and bakeries in the Rio Sonora region, Flora Pan/Pizza/Cafe. Taught by Mauricio Peregrina and Ines Cazares, owners of Flora in Banamichi and previously the renowned bakers behind Hermosillo's Tres Piedras, Panadería y Repostería Saludable, this class is not to be missed by quarantine baking aficionados or Mexican cuisine fans!
